What kinds of cold storage facilities do you build?
Six facility types: refrigerated warehouses (35°F–55°F), frozen storage (0°F to -10°F), multi-temperature distribution centers, sub-zero and specialty freezers (-20°F to -40°F), pharmaceutical and GMP cold storage (validated infrastructure, ULT suites), and box-in-box cold storage retrofits inside existing warehouse shells.
Why specialize in cold storage instead of general construction?
Cold storage is engineering-discipline-deep. The thermal envelope, refrigeration architecture, foundation engineering, and dock infrastructure are integrated systems. Most commercial general contractors that try to deliver cold storage projects fail at the seams between trades — fewer than 5% have the engineering, trade base, and refrigeration partner relationships required.
Do you handle retrofits or only new construction?
Both. We deliver new ground-up cold storage construction, box-in-box buildouts inside existing Class A warehouse shells, and retrofit and expansion projects on existing cold storage operations. Buildouts inside qualified shells typically deliver in 4–7 months — our We Store Frozen 100,000 SF Houston project delivered in 5 months as a buildout.
What temperature ranges do you engineer for?
Refrigerated (35°F–55°F), frozen (0°F to -10°F), sub-zero specialty (-20°F to -40°F), blast freezing applications, ULT pharmaceutical suites (-70°C to -80°C), and cryogenic storage (below -150°F) for specialty research and pharmaceutical applications.
Where do you build?
Headquartered in Houston, TX. We deliver projects nationwide, with substantial active project capacity across Texas, the Southeast, the Midwest, the West Coast, and the Northeast. Houston is our project leadership base; mobile execution teams deploy to project locations with established local trade base relationships.
How do I get a quote for my project?
Submit a request through our contact form with details about your location, facility type, target square footage, operating temperature, and timeline. We respond within one business day with initial scope feedback and pre-construction engagement options.
